How You Will Contribute: Develop and implement automated tests to support production lines, ensuring seamless integration. Provide essential test tools to the R&D team during prototype development phases. Partner with contract manufacturers to test beta prototypes, pre-production, and high-volume production units. Analyze production data to optimize test time and improve yields as production scales. Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions for components, subsystems, and field failures. Facilitate the transition of new products from lab environments to high-volume production across diverse sites. Create and document fault isolation tools and troubleshooting guides to enhance operational efficiency. The Must Haves: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Optical Engineering or Computer Science. Proficiency with optical and RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, and attenuators. Minimum of 2 years in test automation software development using C#, Python, or Matlab. Strong statistical analysis skills applicable to production environments (e.g., CPk analysis, Pareto charts). Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative setting.
