Your Day to Day As a Sr. Manager, Design Systems and Platform Experiences , you will: Deliver Measurable Platform Outcomes - Drive improvements in customer onboarding, eCommerce conversion, and adoption of shared platform experiences through data‑informed decisions and continuous discovery. Set Vision & Team Direction - Establish a clear vision, goals, and objectives for the Design System and Platform Experiences teams, ensuring alignment with product and business outcomes. Team Leadership & Scaling - Assess current team capabilities, ensure the right people are in the right roles, and hire for open positions to build a high‑performing, engaged team. AI‑Driven Design System Transformation - Develop and execute a plan to modernize and accelerate Design System design and development using AI tools and new ways of working.
