Responsibilities

  • Oversee end‑to‑end processing of global corporate action events (mandatory/voluntary events, bank loan amendments and restructures, proxy voting, defaulted securities, class actions)

  • Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Corporate actions experience with strong understanding of asset servicing lifecycle, event impacts, risks, and controls
  • Proven experience in investment operations or trade support within financial services or asset management
  • Broad multi‑asset class knowledge with a solid grasp of fixed income fundamentals
  • Experience with API integrations, data feeds, and automation tools (AI, RPA)
  • Strong proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SQL, VBA, Python
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg Data and major financial data vendors

The team partners closely with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, Account Management, and IMS Operations to ensure high‑quality execution and strong risk management. We are seeking a technically strong Specialist with multi‑asset investment operations experience and advanced data/automation capabilities. You will help drive operational excellence, enhance data governance, and contribute to automation initiatives (AI, RPA, APIs) designed to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scale.
