Human Resources Specialist (classification)

About the role

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE. GS-09 Grade level Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing OPM Position Classification Standards and Policies to perform work involving the fundamentals of Human Resources classification principles, policies, practices, methods, and analytical techniques; gathering and analyzing facts and drawing conclusions from information collected; and communicating information orally and in writing. GS-07 Grade level Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying the basic principles, concepts, and methodology used in Human Resources Management; and gathering and analyzing basic facts and drawing conclusions.
