The Trade & Operations Support role is responsible for supporting global trading activity during overnight and early market sessions. This role helps expand market coverage by providing real-time trade support, monitoring of systems health and connectivity, and resolving operational issues outside of standard business hours. Trade & Operations Support provides external-facing support for client trading workflows, along with oversight of internal platforms and systems during designated off-hours shifts. Salary Range and Benefits: The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $125,000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills. Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations
• Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment
• Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred
• SIE, Series 7, Series 57, or willingness to obtain
