Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain FIB systems for semiconductor device and material analysis; perform routine checks to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
  • Understanding of semiconductor processing and device fabrication

Role Overview As a Metrology Engineer, you will be responsible for managing high-performance TEM and FIB equipment in our R&D laboratory in Japan.
