- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree + Masters/ PGD in HR/Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in administration / facilities management, preferably within manufacturing or large corporate environments.
- Demonstrated experience in canteen and security management, and working with local authorities.
- Proven track record of implementing 5S, Kaizen, and TQM methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and facility management software.
