About the role
Account Executive, you'll support the Account Director in managing and coordinating project delivery at a local market level within Unilever's Beauty category, while overseeing the flow of creative work between local clients and centralised hub teams. This is a dual-function role - part client relationship management, part project coordination - requiring someone equally comfortable in a client conversation and a production schedule. You'll bring clarity to briefs, rigour to timelines, and accountability to delivery across beauty campaigns that span social, digital, and video formats. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day health of your projects: tracking progress, consolidating feedback, managing expectations, overseeing quality control, and ensuring nothing is lost between local markets and hub-based creative teams.
