The Job: As a Senior Finance Manager, you'll be part of our DEWALT Finance team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to: Support the execution around the strategy of our DEWALT team including category analysis, portfolio analysis, global marketing, new product development, and entry into new markets. Define the appropriate focus areas and portfolio families (i.e. geography, customer, brand, market share, margin, etc.) specific to the Tools & Outdoor industry, driving portfolio growth and margin expansion. Maintain a new product roadmap funnel that achieves the strategic goals of the DEWALT Brand while maintaining the proper capital and cost results. Evaluate financial potential of New Product Development (NPD) programs using Return on Capital (ROC) models. Review key NPD metrics - IRR, NPV, and Payback Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships across all facets of the organization (i.e. Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, etc.) - driving process enhancement and leading to full global P&L excellence within the DEWALT Brand. Lead DEWALT KPI and operating rhythm structure, coordinating across DEWALT Leadership Team and cross functional group. Partner with Global Brand Strategy Team to manage effective use of go-to-market budgets across key regions and channels. Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics with strong analytical skills. 10+ years of finance or business-related experience. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership. Strong problem solving, business case development, and communication skills. High business acumen and increased collaboration with both cross-functional and business leaders. Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent. Power BI and/or Alteryx experience a plus. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
