What You'll Do: Conduct consultations and assessments tailored to each child's unique needs Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment programs Provide direct therapy and family education to promote meaningful progress Maintain organized client files and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team Participate in ongoing learning and professional growth opportunities What We're Looking For: Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy with a current California license A minimum of 1 year pediatrics experience, preferably with familiarity in RCOC Strong knowledge of early intervention principles, developmental milestones, and evidence-based practices Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Bilingual skills (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean) are a plus!
