This role is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and execution of key people-related projects that drive operational efficiency, enhance the associate experience, and support the company's business objectives. The Sr. Manager will work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and business operators to develop and lead strategic initiatives that align with Lennar's long-term vision. Your Responsibilities on the Team Identify, develop, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance associate engagement, operational effectiveness, and workforce solutions. Lead and execute process improvements across functions to optimize business outcomes. Oversee project execution from start to finish, including scoping, planning, implementation, and performance measurement. Partner with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to business operators, providing insights and recommendations for HR-related challenges. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new initiatives. Ensure all HR-related projects comply with Lennar policies, employment laws, and best practices. Analyze potential HR implications, organizational changes, and process efficiencies as they relate to new initiatives.
