Has accountability for the budget/P&L, performance and results of the team - Develops and provides insights on quick scalability and cost-effectiveness recruitment models and ongoing service delivery operational models that allow the team to meet growing client demands for placement of blue-collar and operational roles, focusing more on contingent workers - Drives the development of tailored recruitment solutions that address client needs in areas of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, supervision and industrial management, call and contact centre, hospitality and events and retail, fostering collaboration across internal teams and leveraging client feedback to align with future market trends and needs of blue-collar and operational roles replacement - Develops and delivers client partnership training programs specific to Enterprise client partnership specialists to enhance stakeholder interaction and engagement skills, service offering and product knowledge, and solution selling techniques - Develops and executes client partnership-focused commercial plans for clients managed, integrating market insights to guide service and offering specific to the recruitment of temporary and permanent blue-collar and operational positions - Prepares pricing strategies specific for Enterprise, ensuring that they are competitive and viable and cost-effective for clients, manages resource allocation, aligning with team objectives to optimize performance - Sets and reviews high-level key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate client satisfaction, engagement, and service delivery effectiveness specific to Enterprise - Developing SLAs for process deadlines in conjunction with internal stakeholders for new client acquisition and contract extension in the case of existing clients.
