Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams;
Experience with Figma and Design Systems is a must;
Experience in motion design (Jitter) and AI tools is a big plus;
Working proficiency in English;

Senior UX/UI Designer, pipelining - The active hiring process for this role is planned during summer. Skopje, hybrid DEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world's most ambitious brands grow faster. This role will be part of our Experience & Engineering unit. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Lufthansa, Inter Milan, Gant, BioNTech and Beiersdorf. JOB PURPOSE In this role, we would like to explore the possibility of opening a UX/UI department in our offices in Skopje, shaping top-notch experiences for international clients. You'll collaborate with DEPT® teams across Europe, tackle complex design challenges, and push design quality to the next level. You're not just a strong designer, you're a people-first person, who challenges conventions, and helps shape a thriving team culture. With hands-on design, you'll play a key role in putting our Macedonian design team on the map.
