It owns forecasting, reporting, and delivery of supplier income targets, providing actionable insights, driving accountability, and ensuring robust financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain supplier income dashboards to track performance and support target delivery
  • Partner with Sourcing and Commercial teams on income generation, renewals, and negotiations
  • Analyse variances vs Budget, Forecast, and prior year; identify drivers and actions
  • Own forecasting (Supplier Income & overrides), highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Manage month-end (accruals, reconciliations, system alignment)
  • Lead supplier income strategy and deliver targets aligned to revenue and margin
  • Identify and drive new income opportunities
  • Ensure supplier income is embedded in commercial agreements
  • Act as finance partner to Commercial teams; provide insight, challenge, and modelling
  • Support negotiations and drive accountability for performance
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and governance of supplier income
  • Deliver insights to senior stakeholders and ensure compliance
  • Analyse profitability impact; identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
  • Integrate supplier income into FP&A planning cycles
  • Improve systems, data accuracy, and standardise processes across regions
  • Build capability and promote ownership and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and FP&A leadership experience
  • Proven experience in commercial finance and profitability analysis
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify key drivers
  • Ability to translate data into clear, executive-level insights
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and challenge mindset
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams and supporting negotiations
  • High attention to data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
  • Experience in global, matrix organisations
