Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and confident Advanced Practitioner to join the Safeguarding Team in Bradford. This senior-level role involves supporting complex casework, mentoring social workers and ensuring high standards of safeguarding practice across the team. What will your responsibilities be? Lead on complex safeguarding cases and provide expert guidance to colleagues Support the development and quality assurance of practice within the team Contribute to strategy discussions, case conferences, and court proceedings Promote a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice Act as a point of escalation for high-risk cases and decision-making
