Responsibilities
- In this role, you will:
- Administer, monitor, and discontinue intravenous therapies in patient homes or infusion suite settings
- Insert and manage IV access including peripheral lines, PICCs, ports, and midlines
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples as ordered
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, and reviews of systems
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, line care, and symptom monitoring

- Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
- IV certification and experience with central line care and management
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities
- Experience with patient documentation and care coordination
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- RN licensure in additional states
- Prior experience in home infusion, critical care, emergency nursing, ambulatory infusion centers, or hospital discharge planning
- PICC, port, and midline experience and certification
