The Corporate Responsibility team is the competence center for all matters around corporate sustainability. We ensure the continuous development and implementation of Vontobel's sustainability strategy. Our Corporate Sustainability Committee, composed of senior management representatives from all relevant functions, ensures that sustainability-related considerations are embedded and steered across the firm. What would your role be? Work with Head Corporate Responsibility (CR), the team and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous development of the company's sustainability strategy. Support Head CR to prepare the quarterly meetings of Vontobel's Sustainability Committee and coordinate or implement measures and projects decided. Work together with the team members on the annual sustainability disclosures (e.g. Sustainability report, PRI signatory reporting, climate reporting such as TCFD and other sustainability-related surveys). Manage the Corporate Sustainability website in close cooperation with internal stakeholders; ensure consistency of content and messaging including the drafting of blog articles and content. Monitor regulatory and legislative developments such as NUFG, national CO2 legislations and CSRD ESRS and have the possibility to participate in industry working groups. What are we looking for? Degree in business, economics or environmental or social sciences. Knowledge and previous first experience in the areas of corporate sustainability, regulatory disclosures in the financial industry and sustainability report assurance preparation. Project work experience in the areas of sustainability (regulatory, environmental or social). Familiarity with regulatory issues and the sustainability landscape (national, EU and global). Fluency in English and German is required. Writing skills and talent in dealing with languages. A team player who is strong in coordination to reach a common and ambitious goal, but also flexible and able to work under pressure. Convincing personality, curiosity to learn, and interest in working with a broad range of stakeholders from different fields.
