About the role
In this role, you will work alongside local and national business account managers, and the wider business, including finance, customer services, credit, and operations teams. It's a varied role that will see you involved in assisting with customer/account manager queries. This includes: Tier 2 escalation support for all WM New Zealand's commercial customers Investigating and resolving invoice queries for our customers Develop and deliver accurate reports for the sales team and our customers Preparing presentations and other supporting material for the sales team So, what do you need to be successful in this role?
