Warehouse Associate - Lino Lakes

Responsibilities

• Operate Equipment Safely - Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move metal pipe, tube, and bar products.
• Pick & Prepare Orders - Accurately pull, stage, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Measure & Cut Material - Read a tape measure and operate band saws to cut materials to exact specifications.
• Inspect Materials - Verify measurements, including length, diameter, and wall thickness, to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a Safe Workspace - Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Stay Organized - Keep work areas clean and ensure proper documentation of materials and shipments.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with forklifts and/or overhead cranes preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math accurately (required)
• Comfortable working with heavy materials in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail - accuracy matters in this role
• Proven dependability and consistency in previous roles
• Works well with others and takes pride in getting the job done right
• Additional Information:
