About the role
Job Responsibilities Manage inter-company Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including overseas group netting activities. Perform reconciliation, verification, declaration, settlement, and clearance of inter-company balances. Prepare and issue Accounts Receivable statements of account and monitor outstanding balances. Reconcile AR and AP aging reports and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders. Retrieve invoices and supporting documents from internal systems and overseas entities. Handle MUFG netting declarations, SAP clearing and offset transactions, and ensure timely processing of settlements. Prepare audit schedules, reports, and supporting analyses for internal and external audit requirements. Process telegraphic transfers (TT), group netting transactions, and payments to overseas agents. Coordinate banking transactions and maintain accurate netting templates for AR and AP settlements. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, inquiries, and disputes in a timely manner. Maintain proper documentation and electronic filing of accounting records and supporting documents. Distribute financial reports and settlement outputs to the respective business divisions. Support process improvement initiatives and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.
