Responsibilities

• We will be looking for an experienced software engineer to be a core member of the new Platform team, working closely with the Engineering Lead. You will be working within our Energy and Resources group to:
• Work closely with the Engineering Lead to engage tool developers, energy system modellers, client facing energy experts and users across the business to build a platform and supporting toolchain that fulfils the needs of your Baringa colleagues.
• Be a driving force in the development, automated testing and deployment of the new platform, utilising best-practices to ensure quality, reliability and monitoring is built-in from inception.
• Work with the team to build a DevOps pipeline with robust CI and CD practices, with a focus on evolving our processes to improve our team's engineering experience.
