Corporate Recruiter - IT Securi ty On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a contract role based in Richardson, TX. Corporate Recruiter - IT Security Job Details The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening/interviewing, selection and hiring prospective employees. Responsibilities/functions - Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods. - Assess talent and skills of applicants. - Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to develop/execute various recruiting strategies. - Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings. - Confer with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills. - Provide information about the client and job opportunities to potential applicants. - Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates. Corporate Recruiter Mandatory Skills - 5+ Years' experience within a human resource staffing function - 2 - 5+ Years' experience in a corporate recruiting environment with a heavy emphasis on creative candidate sourcing (LinkedIn highly desirable). - Experience hiring in the high tech industry is preferred; specialized expertise in security recruitment is also a plus - Candidate must possess excellent sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required (Taleo is highly desirable). - Competency with PC software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite. Skills/Abilities - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. - Must possess proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidate hiring decisions. - Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management. - Results oriented, self-motivated and creative.
