Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead and manage assigned complex skid package projects to improve profitability and ensure timely completion. Deputize to manage the project management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship in the absence of project director Develop and implement project management strategies, policies, and procedures. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects within the department. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and outcomes to senior management. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices Willingness to travel to different geographies for business needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing smaller teams. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Sound technical and commercial knowledge of mechanical packages Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Escalation management of team member's projects with customers Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent if available Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification Preferred
