About the role
You will partner closely with business stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate functions. This is an in-house role embedded within a fast-paced financial services environment, where you will be expected to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, providing structured recommendations to stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate data and reporting across the ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts
Requirements
- At least 8 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within financial services/ Fintech firms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels
- Experience with direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
