Electrical Site Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in handling contracts and preparing tender documentation
• Prepare and provide budgetary cost estimates based on project requirements
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain product and service details for tender submissions
• Identify and propose solutions to technical issues during tender stages
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage documents and resolve issues
• Follow up with suppliers and contractors on billing, quantities, and submissions
• Evaluate and monitor market unit rates for materials and labor on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Prepare tender clarifications and support interview and presentation processes
• Conduct site visits and attend tender site show rounds when required
• Transfer finalized tender documents and costing details to the project team upon award
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience in a subcontractor environment is an added advantage
• Ability to manage tender processes, costing, and supplier coordination
• Willingness to attend site visits and project briefings as required
