Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as factory point of contact for advanced troubleshooting of issues at customer sites; coordinate resolution with cross-functional team
• Ensure customer requirements are well documented and delivered to meet expectations
• Provide information to field teams and customers regarding tool operation needs (power, chemicals, water, etc.)
• Ensure customer specifications are well understood by the TMEA community
• Drive compliance for all engineering change orders
• Drafting engineering requirements for new feature requests from the customer that enable improvements to system performance to meet stringent customer specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 8+ years of professional Engineering experience or a master's degree with 6+ years of professional Engineering experience.
• Specific experience with semiconductor equipment or similar fully automated capital equipment. Experience with gas-cluster ion beam and / or ion implantation technology and etch is a plus
• Proven experience in the application of lean principles and formal problem-solving techniques
• Proficiency in project planning software. Experience with Monday.com is a plus
• Certified Project Management Professional is a plus
• This role would reside in the US for approximately one year (Chelmsford or Chaska with best learning opportunity in Chelmsford) and then spend ~ 2 years on an international ex-pat assignment in Korea.
• Engaging communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and management skills and an analytical thinker
