For a thorough examination and measurement, disassemble engines or their parts (cylinder head, pistons, crankshaft, timing system). Reassemble and calibrate the engine in accordance with manuals and specifications after repairing or replacing worn-out and defective parts. Carry out routine maintenance, such as tune-ups, belt changes, valve clearance adjustments, oil and filter changes, and spark plug replacements. After repair, run the engine (idle and load tests), assess performance, and adjust for efficient operation and appropriate fuel usage.
