- Partner with Data, Operations, Planning, and Creative teams to develop crisis management documents and integrated campaigns.
- Lead pitches and new business projects, showing agility across unfamiliar industries.
- Detect business opportunities and develop tailored strategic solutions.
- Manage client relationships, taking the lead to provide expert strategic guidance.
- Organise project details meticulously to ensure no element is overlooked.
- About You
- The essentials:
- 3+ years of experience in digital environments, specifically in roles such as Digital Planner or Social Media Strategist.
- In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape, including current formats, trends, and platform roles.
- Strategic expertise in building digital ecosystems, consumer journeys, and identifying opportunities in emerging platforms.
- Analytical proficiency in reading qualitative and quantitative data to extract valuable insights.
- Technical familiarity with research and analysis tools (e.g., Meltwater/Sysomos, Statista, GWI, Facebook Insights, or Emplifi/Socialbakers).
- Bilingual mastery of English and Spanish, with excellent spelling, syntax, and verbal communication skills in both.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to articulate findings and opportunities clearly.
- Fast-thinking capabilities to match accelerated client dynamics.

- Experience navigating Social Commerce environments.
