Responsibilities
- You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producer

- Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards
- What You Bring to the Table
- Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Local to Arizona, preferred and familiar with the regional business market
- Proven experience servicing contractor and construction-related accounts
- Ability to manage a diverse commercial book, including:
- Contractors
- Garage accounts
- Manufacturers
- Restaurants
- Strong understanding of policy coverage, endorsements, and renewals
- Highly proficient in issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working directly with producers, carriers, and clients
- Detail-oriented, service-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting mid-sized commercial accounts preferred
