The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will responsible for supervising the F&B space to ensure company standards and guest satisfaction. Ensuring that customer needs are exceeded in all areas of F&B . The Food & Beverage Supervisor Key Responsibilities will include: To Maintain high levels of punctuality, and correct uniform standards of team members facilitating any amendments or replacements of uniform that need to be made. To divide duties and tasks among team day-to-day, in all outlets and meeting & events. To check food, beverage and any other relevant requisitions have been picked up and processed in line with hotel policy and procedure. To train staff up to the expected hotel service and health and safety standards, making sure standard is consistently high and always demonstrated. To motivate and praising staff to maintain high levels of motivation and engagement. The Experience & Qualifications for Food & Beverage Supervisor: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes. Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data. The successful candidate will be: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills with the customers and other hotel departments Team worker Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment About the Hotel The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is an elegant contemporary 4-star hotel in prestigious Kensington, located two minutes' walk to High Street Kensington Underground station, making exploring easy.
