- EHR proficiency, preferably with Epic or Cerner
- Bilingual skills are a plus; experience with specific populations or conditions
- Schedule, Setting & Logistics
- Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional call duties. The provider will manage a patient panel size of approximately 20-25 patients per day, supported by a collaborative care team model.
