This is fast, accessible dining reimagined-a celebration of joy and energy crafted to make your insides smile. 6‑in‑1 multi‑concept environment We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized Assistant Manager to drive operational excellence, lead our floor teams, and champion our healthy food mission! 🚀 Role Mission & Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, you will lead daily operations and team management in a dynamic plant-based food environment. Your focus will be to drive food quality, cost control, customer satisfaction, and team performance to support Glow Food's multi-concept growth. 🏪 Store Leadership: Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) store operations to ensure smooth service flow and maximum operational efficiency. 👥 Team Development: Lead, supervise, and train service and kitchen team members to enhance performance and ensure strict adherence to hospitality standards. 🛡️ Quality & Safety: Ensure total compliance with food quality, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and brand standards. 📦 Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory ordering, par stock levels, and stock control to optimize supply and reduce waste. 📈 Profitability Management: Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and wastage, implementing proactive cost-control measures to improve profitability. 💖 Guest Experience: Handle customer feedback professionally and execute swift service recovery to maintain high customer satisfaction. 🚀 Sales Driving: Drive sales performance by supporting marketing initiatives and actively promoting our unique Vegan menu items. 🤝 Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality food delivery. 📋 HR Admin Support: Support staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and internal communication to build a cohesive, motivated team. 🔑 Operational Readiness: Uphold proper opening and closing procedures to maintain total operational readiness and store security. 🛠️ Requirements & Qualifications Eligibility: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PR), or Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders are preferred and will have an added advantage. Experience: Proven management track record as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or Team Lead in high-volume F&B settings. Schedule: Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week shift structure, including weekends and public holidays. Certifications: Possess a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 or Level 3 (Food Safety Supervisor). Skills: Strong management capabilities, commercial awareness (COGS/wastage), and excellent communication skills.
