Dispatcher -5-Star Refrigeration - Brooksville FL

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers requesting refrigeration and HVAC service
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and technician arrival times
• Enter and maintain customer and service information in the system
• Support technicians with job details and scheduling updates throughout the day
• Work closely with the service team to help ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide professional, friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Help prioritize urgent service requests and assist with general office coordination

Requirements

• Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
• Dispatching or HVAC/refrigeration service industry experience is a plus, but not required
