As an Architect, these skills are essential for success: Abilities: Bring deep technical leadership experience in modern architecture-spanning microservices, DDD, Azure cloud, C#/.NET, TDD, DevOps, system integration, and microfrontend application design-with the ability to translate complex engineering decisions into clear business outcomes. Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-based organizations (healthcare payments or similar domains preferred). Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
