Responsibilities
- Oversee delegated portfolio management activities in line with AIFMD and CSSF Circular 18/698, including periodic due diligence and ongoing monitoring of investment advisors and portfolio managers.
- Escalate material issues, breaches, or concerns to Conducting Officers and relevant committees.
- Review and challenge investment proposals, transaction rationales, and execution processes prepared by delegates.
- Ensure investment activities remain aligned with each fund's investment strategy, risk profile, and governing documents.

- Contribute to regulatory reporting and audits (CSSF, external auditors, depositaries) from a portfolio management perspective.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of portfolio officers within the team, ensuring workload prioritisation and continuity.
- Act as data quality owner for portfolio management-related data across systems, reports, and disclosures.
