Responsibilities
- Represent CFS AR in technical initiatives, including ERP updates, automation efforts, and system enhancements

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or related finance operations
- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle
- Proven experience managing or contributing to cross-functional projects
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Demonstrated project management experience (formal or informal)
- Experience working in global or distributed team environments
- Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA
- Experience with emerging technologies, including agentic AI implementations
- Bachelor's degree

Job Requisition ID # 26WD99169 Position Overview This role will support the Customer Financial Services Technical Operations team; a 90+ person Customer responsible for converting approximately $7B USD in annual accounts receivable (AR) into cash. The position drives the successful delivery of technical initiatives, including ERP enhancements, automation programs, and reporting improvements. This role will also play a key role in team training.
