Job Description Summary: Responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities within the plantation operations. This includes ensuring compliance with food safety standards, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to prevent non-conformities. The supervisor will also provide support to the management team in improving overall quality performance. Job Description: Develop and implement quality assurance plans for plantation operations. Conduct regular audits of farming practices to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality performance. Collaborate with farm managers to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices. Maintain records of audit findings, corrective actions, and other relevant documentation. Stay updated with changes in food safety regulations and incorporate them into the quality assurance plan. Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives within the plantations. Monitor customer complaints related to product quality and coordinate with the appropriate departments to resolve issues. Participate in internal and external audits as required by customers or regulatory bodies. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, environmental science, or a related field. At least three years of experience in quality assurance or food safety. Knowledge of international food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with project management tools and techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Willingness to travel frequently between farms and offices. Knowledge of Indonesian language would be advantageous but not essential.
