About the role

Purpose of Position CASETiFY is seeking an Accounting Clerk experienced in managing our liquidity and vendor ecosystem with precision, ensuring seamless global settlements. Job Description Manage daily fund transactions (expense reimbursements, supplier payments, customer receipts), bank account administration, account opening/closing, bank reconciliations, and fund pooling. Proficient in domestic and international settlement processes; handle foreign exchange receipts and payments, monitor bank inflows and outflows, complete daily fund closing, and promptly report and resolve exceptions. Collect, compile, analyze, and report weekly cash positions, fund plans, and other financial information as required. Assist in developing cross-border cash pools and implementing overseas financing projects and ongoing management. Execute idle cash investment plans, liaise with banks, complete product subscriptions, redemptions, and yield tracking. Perform foreign exchange reporting in compliance with SAFE regulations. Support the team in filing accounting vouchers, expense documents, tax records, and other financial materials. Undertake other duties assigned by superiors. Requirement Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holder in Accounting, Business, or related disciplines. 1+ year of hands-on experience in various accounting functions, including general bookkeeping and managing Accounts Receivable and Payable. Comfortable with written communication in both English and Cantonese. Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Chinese Word Processing. Demonstrated sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude. A strong team player with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
