Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with service team to process customer's order accurately and timely based on work order.
- Maintains effectively day to day contact with customers and vendors in order to update business activities.
- Provide administrative sales support to sales team.

Requirements

- Proficient in MS Office: Words and Excel, CRM or related software
- Able to work independently, initiative with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment.
- Basic shipping knowledge will be advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in spoken Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.
