Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and liaise with service team to process customer's order accurately and timely based on work order.
  • Maintains effectively day to day contact with customers and vendors in order to update business activities.
  • Provide administrative sales support to sales team.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office: Words and Excel, CRM or related software
  • Able to work independently, initiative with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment.
  • Basic shipping knowledge will be advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in spoken Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
  • Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.
