An exciting job role has recently become available for a Team Manager. They are looking for a new member to join the Communities team in Knowsley. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will manage the staff across the team to operate to the highest standard, ensuring effective case management is delivered to vulnerable customers and their carers or representatives. You will oversee appropriate support planning and case management, manage and plan services to meet the needs of individuals, and stay abreast of legislative developments and strategic requirements. You will establish and improve service standards through information exchange and collaboration with partnership, commissioning, care management, and provider colleagues. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements is a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will implement and monitor compliance with quality assurance systems and carry out quality audits to maintain high standards of service delivery.
