You will be part of the Acquisition & Growth ecosystem , working closely with teams across: Digital Marketing (performance & media); UX/UI & Customer Experience; IT & Engineering; Analytics & Experimentation; Global ING communities (Growth Tribe, Digital, Marketing); We operate with a test & learn mindset, focusing on: Continuous experimentation (A/B testing, CRO); Data-driven decision making; Optimization of the acquisition funnel and onboarding journeys; The team culture is: Outcome-oriented (conversion, acquisition, CX impact); Highly collaborative (cross-functional, cross-market); Forward-looking, with strong focus on AI, personalization and automation; What success looks like (first 6-12 months) This person is expected to grow acquisition lps conversion rate +15 pp; This person is expected to grow GEO ranking at #1st for main prompts categories for the daily banking; Grow acquisition web pages loadspeed to 90 performance score on mobile; Your day to day You will act as the Product Owner for ing.ro , positioning it as a digital acquisition and e-commerce platform : Product ownership & delivery Own the product roadmap for ing.ro (product acquisition journeys); Prioritize initiatives based on conversion impact, business value and customer needs; Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end; Acquisition & conversion optimization Continuously optimize customer journeys, landing pages and funnels; Drive A/B testing and experimentation roadmap; Identify friction points and implement scalable conversion improvements; Act as a key contributor to acquisition performance (traffic → conversion → activation); Technical & platform leadership Work hands-on with CMS platforms, HTML structures and page logic; Ensure performance, scalability, and flexibility of the website architecture; Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications; Collaborate closely with developers as a technically strong Product Owner; AI & innovation Explore and implement AI-driven enhancements (personalization, content generation, search optimization); Act as an AI / Claude enthusiast, bringing new ideas into product development; Contribute to initiatives related to Generative AI and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization); Stakeholder management Align with marketing, UX and global teams on roadmap and priorities; Act as a bridge between acquisition strategy and technical execution; Clearly communicate progress, trade-offs and impact; What you bring to the team Experience & mindset Strong experience as a Product Owner / Digital Product Manager; Proven background in e-commerce, digital acquisition or conversion optimization; Clear understanding of acquisition funnels, CVR drivers and online sales mechanics; Technical skills (must-have) Strong technical background; Solid experience or understanding of: CMS platforms HTML (hands-on or very strong understanding); Website architecture and performance; Ability to work closely with engineers and translate business into technical logic; Growth & experimentation Experience with: A/B testing Funnel optimization; Data-driven decision making; Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with KPIs, CVR, drop-offs); AI & innovation Strong interest or hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, GPT, GenAI tools); Curiosity to explore how AI can impact acquisition and onboarding journeys; Collaboration & leadership Strong stakeholder management skills; Ability to influence across multiple teams; Clear, structured, actionable communication style;
