12 Months Insurance Analyst, Group Claims ($3000-$4000) #BYR

Responsibilities

• Assess and process medical and non-medical insurance claims accurately and within service standards.
• Review pre-authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests in accordance with policy coverage and guidelines.
• Liaise with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders to resolve claim enquiries and obtain required information.
• Handle claim payment issues, refunds, recoveries, and claim reprocessing.
• Manage claim documentation, reporting, and operational records.
• Investigate claim discrepancies and escalate potential fraud cases where necessary.
• Support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and UAT activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Group Insurance Claims.
• Good knowledge of group insurance products, including Group Life, Personal Accident, Critical Illness, Disability Income, Hospitalisation & Surgical, and Outpatient plans.
