F&B Hostess (Pre-Opening Hotel) x 5

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests warmly, creating a positive first and last impression.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, seating arrangements, and table allocations efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide information on menus, dining concepts, and promotions.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, dietary requirements, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate closely with restaurant, bar, and culinary teams to ensure smooth guest flow and seamless service.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organised, and professionally presented at all times.
• Support restaurant opening and closing procedures, as well as operational requirements during service periods.
• Uphold service standards, hygiene practices, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant hosting, customer service, or guest relations is an advantage.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience with reservation systems will be an advantage.

• 🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (shift duties required)
• 💰 Salary: Up to $3,500
