Responsibilities
- Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy and delivery , aligning hiring plans with business priorities and workforce plans.

- Compliance/admin: Upload/ submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
Requirements
- Education :
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field .
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience and Skills :
- Required:
- Typically 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience , including 5+ years TA leadership or people ‑ management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi ‑ market re cruit ment in APAC.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience with TA assessment and selection tools to recruit top talent.
- Proven ability to use recruiting data and insights to drive selection , decisions and outcomes.
- Experience managing recruiting operations , vendors, and external partners.
- Strong people‑leadership, coaching, and change‑management capabilities.
- Preferred:
- Experience recruiting within Orthopaedics industry . MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare experience also considered
- Familiarity with APAC labor markets, hiring practices, and compliance considerations.
- Experience driving employment branding projects to improve candidate attraction.
- Experience driving TA transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation.
- Background working in a global, matrixed organization .
- Other:
- Language: Fluent English required ; Mandarin Chinese and Japanese strongly preferred .
- Travel: Up to ~30% , primarily within APAC.
- Certifications: Talent acquisition or HR certifications preferred but not required .
