Job Description: Broadcom WSD (Wireless Semiconductor Division) is looking for an experienced RF Device Modeling Engineer to join our team. As an RF Device Modeling Engineer, you will be part of a team that characterizes various RF devices and develops models and simulation methodologies for accurate RF circuit simulation. The candidate will be responsible for accurate RF device modeling of power amplifiers, SOI RF switches, and low noise amplifiers used in RF frontend modules. Specifically, this includes test fixture design, DC/S-parameter/Load-pull measurement data analysis, device physics analysis, electro-magnetic simulation, electro-thermal simulation, and RF circuit simulation accuracy improvement. The candidate will also be responsible for defining device characteristic requirements for RF circuit performance improvement and feeding back to process development.
