Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• 1)On-the-job training to gain experience, learn and develop new skills
• 2)To demonstrate increased proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibility
• 3)To learn the operational procedures for stores . In your role as management trainee, you may also be asked to assume compete responsibility for the store or products during the absence of the sales representative.
• 4)You will also be expected to serve as role models for customer service and set the standardso of excellence for all employees.
