- Experience you'll need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, payment processing, credit card processing, or a related risk-focused environment
- 3+ years of experience analyzing card interchange processes, qualification outcomes, transaction exceptions, or merchant submission issues
- 3+ years of experience performing root cause analysis, trend analysis, and issue resolution in a client-facing or operational environment
- Experience communicating technical findings, issue impacts, and recommended actions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience configuring, supporting, or maintaining automation reporting, automated services, or similar operational workflows
- Experience learning new systems, tools, and workflows quickly, including use of proprietary platforms such as IMS or similar systems, with the ability to ramp up through on-the-job training
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Microsoft Copilot, effective prompting techniques, or similar productivity tools in an analytical work environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience working with card brand rules and regulations
- Experience with transaction processing systems and payment platform operations
- Experience collaborating across operations, client support, technology, and product teams
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or equivalent certification or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
