Your Responsibilities Build, upgrade, and support robust Python and Django REST APIs that drive our next-generation internal software engines and intelligent AI tools Create optimized data workflows and schema designs to map, stream, and manipulate JSON payloads without friction Supervise our data layers by driving routine database health operations and executing structural schema upgrades across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB environments Align closely with our frontend squad to ship fluid end-to-end user flows and maintain bulletproof infrastructure stability Engage in collaborative code quality checks to champion industry best practices, enhance operational speeds, and promote highly scalable code logic Audit and upgrade server-side logic to guarantee top security protocols, maximum throughput, and rapid executions for background automations Author clean technical guides and system structural layouts to ensure our scaling codebase remains easy to navigate and adapt Your Profile Enrolled university student or recent graduate pursuing an academic track in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a comparable technical discipline Somewhere between 6 and 18 months of hands-on coding experience within Python environments, displaying a confident grip on Django or a matching backend framework Reliable understanding of managing relational and non-relational database ecosystems like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB Skillful application of Git for version tracking alongside a strong curiosity for launching and orchestrating container systems using Docker An analytical, methodical thought process when unravelling algorithmic problems combined with an authentic passion for launching highly secure software applications Strong conversational and written proficiency in English, while German skills are seen as a great asset but are by no means a mandatory requirement What's Offered An international, collaborative, and highly professional team environment Regular team-building events, social activities, and company celebrations to strengthen our bond Continuous learning paths, personal development, and long-term career growth opportunities Challenging and exciting projects utilizing the latest frontend and web technologies Interested?
