About the role

Own end-to-end Accounting Operations. Take full ownership of Accounts Payable, T&E, the global travel program, and vendor onboarding - spanning intake, invoice processing, exception handling, disbursements, and close activities. Drive global process excellence. Improve AP cycle time, on-time payment rates, and T&E compliance metrics. Strengthen PO discipline, receiving alignment, and expense policy adherence. Design scalable workflows that blend operational rigor with automation and AI-driven efficiencies. Serve as the escalation lead. Act as the primary escalation point for complex AP exceptions, payment holds, T&E policy disputes, and month-end close blockers - partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve issues rapidly and root-cause them permanently. Lead and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Ensure compliance and controls, maintaining strong internal frameworks as systems and services scale globally. Provide operational visibility to leadership, delivering regular performance insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 8+ years of progressive accounting operations or accounting experience in high-growth or public company environments. Proven ability to build and scale accounting operations from the ground up and driving process transformation Willingness to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a lean, pre-IPO setting Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to provide clarity and direction while leading through ambiguity. Inclusive people leader with a track record of developing and empowering high-performing teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
