Front Line Clients Service Executive (Wellness 5 days)

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs
• Provide clear and professional guidance to clients on services, schedules, and facilities
• Support service flow and coordination with wellness coaches and technicians
• Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house and reception area
• Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through our booking platform
• Support onboarding of new clients and explain health declarations or consent forms
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Assist with events, VIP visits, and occasional administrative tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, customer service, or front desk roles desirable but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• A warm, polished, and professional demeanour
• Passion for health, wellness, longevity or client care is a strong advantage
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts (including weekends and Public Holidays)
